Leadership Fellows
This fall, Omicron Delta Kappa is choosing a select group of first-year and sophomore students that we see have potential to be outstanding leaders within the Stetson community to recognize them for their abilities but also provide these students with resources and tools to become the leaders they have the potential to be. Being a Leadership Fellow is about taking the first step at Stetson to grow and develop as a leader, it is about prioritizing your growth as a leader so you can help others when you take on leadership roles.
Leadership Fellows have a leadership mentor that will help guide you throughout your leadership development, help you market your abilities on leadership applications, and help you build connections within the Stetson community. Your leadership mentor is a passionate and experienced student at Stetson University that has had a variety of student leadership roles and is also an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the leadership society at Stetson. In addition to their mentor, Leadership Fellows also participate in bi-weekly meetings throughout the semester to learn about leadership opportunities, develop their leadership skills, and connect with fellow Hatters.
Become a Leadership Fellow so you can have the 1on1 support to help you become an outstanding leader here at Stetson University.
Requirements:
Be an undergraduate student at Stetson University in Fall 2024 and Spring 2025
Be a first year or sophomore student at Stetson University
Be passionate about leadership
Be able to attend bi-weekly Leadership Fellow Meetings (in person).
Maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher while serving as a Leadership Fellow
Commit about 1 hour a week to being a Leadership Fellow
